Casa de Yoga has done it again! For the fourth year in a row the studio is the reigning champ of this category. With two locations in the city, Casa de Yoga has taken this most ancient of healing arts to new heights. CdY was the first yoga studio in town to offer a yoga instructor training program. It was also the first to be accredited by Yoga Alliance, a non-profit association of yoga schools and instructors. While not all students can contort into human pretzels, an emphasis on several different styles of yoga will help them build better posture, stress management and flexibility. Proprietress Ryan Prieto calls Casa de Yoga a “judgment free zone” and invites people to “come as you are.” 2419 Stanton, 915-229-6429, 11660 Montwood Ave., 915-849-8377, casadeyogastudios.com

Runner-up: The Mind Body Studio – 631 N. Resler, 915-5856362, yogaelpaso.com
