A swanky, modern full service bar complete with restaurant service contrasts the adjacent historic Plaza Theatre. Oasis Bistro is a nice backdrop for a relaxing weekday lunch or pre-show dining. The bistro also offers outdoor dining on patios perfect for viewing events in the Arts Festival Plaza in front of the Museum of Art.
Battered asparagus spears and a toasted baguette topped with bacon jam, spinach, goat cheese and walnuts are a couple of appetizers available. Entrees include specialty salads, sandwiches and pita pizzas to choose from with the option of customizing. The popular Smoking Panini comes with smoked turkey, smoked ham, applewood smoked bacon and smoked Gouda cheese on panini bread with chipotle mayo and roasted red peppers.
Burger Combos are the most recent addition and come with a drink and a side (fries, sweet potato fries, potato salad, coleslaw or fruit salad). Choose among several creations or build your own. Burgers are made of seasoned ground angus chuck beef or a vegetarian black bean and quinoa patty.
Classic desserts are on the menu, but you’ll be enticed by the seared pear sundae with balsamic Frangelico caramel sauce and toasted hazelnuts.
Daily menu selections are reduced significantly on nights of events to accommodate crowds. Live lounge music is on Fridays and Saturdays.
