Owner Aaron Sanchez is hoping to promote a deliciously healthy lifestyle by way of a local fast-casual pizza franchise. A combination of homemade sauces, part-skim mozzarella, thin organic whole-wheat crust and fresh toppings creates a healthier pizza. Customers have complete control of what goes on their pizza and can view the whole process in less than five minutes.
For $7.49, choose up to four toppings to create your own or select one of nine signature pizzas. Red Rita is the most popular with marinara, fresh basil, tomatoes and olive oil. The Skinny Devil has spicy marinara, grilled chicken and Hatch green chile. For a unique twist, try the Hummus Yummus, made with hummus, kalamata olives, black olives, red onion, diced cucumbers and nonfat feta. Counting calories is easy here with nutritional information printed alongside each signature pizza.
If you create your own pizza, you can choose between marinara, spicy marinara, hummus or olive oil as your base. Over a dozen vegetable and fruit toppings are available. Pepperoni options include natural beef, chicken and beef (50 percent less fat) or turkey (70 percent less fat). Grilled chicken, turkey sausage and low-fat Canadian bacon are the other meat options.
Salads, breadsticks and a cranberry dessert are also on the menu.
Gluten free crust is currently unavailable to avoid risk of cross-contamination.
