Our holiday depression issue has panned out to be the most meaningful one for me. As someone who occasionally experiences anxiety and depression, it can be a tough thing to talk about. What if it makes me seem weak? What if people don’t believe me because I put on an upbeat front?

If you’ve had similar thoughts, the important thing to know is that you’re not alone. Depression doesn’t have one look, one target or one time frame. And talking about it makes you that much stronger.

Whether you feel depressed or anxious during the holidays, in the summer or all year round, I hope you find this issue helpful. You don’t have to have clinical depression to seek help, and we included a wide range of holistic healing resources.
