Shailynn Parks: It was a tornado in Oklahoma and it was very windy. It hadn’t formed yet. I saw someone was walking across the street and it was picking them up.
Elsy Michelle Morales: There was a car parked next to me, and it was really, really windy. I opened the car, and all the wind pushed it so far, it hit the other car’s window, and the owner was coming out of the store. I told him sorry and I kind of waited to see what his reaction would be. He told me, “That’s fine,” but he looked a little mad.
Joselyn Armendariz: I’ve seen a palm tree fall on top of a car. I saw it after it happened. The car was pretty damaged.
Richard Rivera: Had just pulled $600 out of the ATM. The ATM was in a sheltered area, but as I walked out and was arranging my money in my wallet, the wind took all of it! Recovered all but $80.
